I am a licensed clinical psychologist in New York and New Jersey, specializing in working with adults and teens navigating complex trauma, grief, and intense emotions. My approach is integrative, drawing on evidence-based therapies such as Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Prolonged Exposure (PE), as well as cognitive and behavioral methods, mindfulness-based, and somatic approaches.
As a therapist, I bring warmth, humor, and compassion to our work together. I see therapy as our work in honoring your story, advocating for your growth, and supporting you in building deeper self-awareness and trust in your own inner wisdom.
As a person holding intersecting identities of power and privilege, I also recognize that healing takes place in the context of identity. I value holding space for ancestral wisdom, cultural traditions, and community in our work. I am committed to offering a place where people of all backgrounds, including those who identify as BIPOC, queer, and/or differently abled, feel seen, heard, and understood.
